A Little Behind

I missed posting yesterday's picture, so I will post two today. These are the last pictures I will post from my nature walk the other day. They are of the deer and another picture of the ducks that I was so lucky to meet. =)

Peter Rabbit

I don't know this rabbit's name, so I am calling him Peter Rabbit.... real original. I know =) This rabbit let me get about 2 feet away from it. It was pretty amazing. I didn't try getting any closer though, because I didn't want to get bitten or attacked by it haha. I hope you enjoy this picture I was able to capture =)

The Little Things

I've always been a very simple person. I find beauty in the simple things such as the small flowers that people would normally pass on by. I love being able to stop and capture it's beauty. I hope you enjoy this little flower as much as I did. =)

My Favorite Season!

Today's picture is also from my nature walk yesterday. Fall has always been my favorite time of year. It is absolutely beautiful! I love the different colors that come out and I love the smell that fall brings!

Nature Walk

Today I decided to go exploring. There is a park here in Boise called Kathryn Albertson Park. I've been meaning to check it out for awhile and I finally did today! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! There is wildlife everywhere! On my walk I ran into ducks, deer, and even a rabbit who let me come about 2 feet away from him. It was such a neat experience! I will be posting pictures from it over the next few days. Today's picture will be of the ducks. They were beautiful. They didn't let me get too close, so I had to use my zoom, but I think it still turned out great! I especially love the fall colors I was able to get out of this picture =)

Fresh Start

Almost a year ago, I decided to start this 365 day challenge. I obviously failed since it's been almost a year since my last post. However, I decided to have a fresh start. I will be posting a picture a day. The picture will have come from pictures taken in the week, not necessarily that very day.

Today's challenge was to do a black and white self portrait. It was pretty fun to do. It really makes me want to do a 30's or 40's styled shoot.

BONNIE

Today I am grateful for my cat Bonnie! She is such a cute little ball of sunshine. Every day when I come home from work, she comes and greets me. Even though I know that most likely it is because she is just hungry and wants me to feed her, she put up with me picking her up and petting her. Isn't she such a pretty little cat?
